Consultation fees
Payments made for consultations, advisory sessions, legal opinions, documentation review or compliance services are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced.
Refund eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by the customer
- Payment deducted but service not initiated
- Technical payment failure resulting in multiple debits
Non-refundable services
- Completed consultation sessions
- Advisory opinions already delivered
- Customized reports or drafted documentation
- Compliance filing assistance once initiated
Cancellation policy
Clients may request cancellation before the commencement of the service. Approval of cancellation is at the sole discretion of Federal FEMA Counsel.
Refund processing timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
