- You visit the Federal FEMA Counsel website.
- You select a consultancy or advisory service.
- You fill in consultation details and contact information.
- You accept the Terms, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
- You submit the booking to reserve your slot.
- The website displays a UPI QR code along with your booking reference ID.
- You scan the QR with any UPI app and complete the payment.
- You share the payment screenshot with our support team.
- Our team verifies the payment and confirms the booking.
- You receive a confirmation email and the consultation is scheduled.
Supported payment methods
- UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
- Direct bank UPI transfer using the QR code
Security measures
- SSL-secured website
- Payments handled directly via your bank's UPI app
- No card, CVV or bank credentials are ever entered on our website
Failed transactions
In case of failed transactions:
- Any amount deducted is generally reversed automatically by your bank within a few minutes.
- If the amount is not reversed within 7–10 business days, please contact our support team with the UPI reference number.
